Features:

▶ All work rolls are made of roll steel and undergo quenching and tempering treatment. Reports on chemical composition, hardness test and ultrasonic flaw detection of work rolls will be provided upon equipment delivery.

▶ The work roll bearings all adopt extra-wide series spherical roller bearings.

▶ The upper roll pressing adopts integrated double-cylinder technology, arranged one above the other.

▶ The center distance of the two lower rolls is fixed, and the two lower rolls can move horizontally together, with pre-bending and symmetric rolling functions.

▶ The two lower rolls are main-driven, and the upper roll rotates passively. The two lower rolls are respectively driven to rotate by two sets of independent motor reducers, which automatically adapt to the deformation process requirements of rolled plates, eliminate mechanical interference and vibration, and are energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

▶ The hydraulic system is independent of the machine body, facilitating maintenance. The hydraulic system is equipped with cooling and oil temperature heating devices.

▶ The self-developed control system, leading domestically, has two control modes: manual and micro-control, which can be switched mutually.
