To further optimize our operational efficiency, reduce our environmental footprint, and enhance product value, we are proud to announce the official launch of our 2026 Clean Production Audit.

Starting from April 2026, we have partnered with Taian Chenxi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. to implement a rigorous auditing process focused on "Energy Saving, Consumption Reduction, and Pollution Mitigation."

1. About Taian Hualu Equipment Technology Group

As a leader in the heavy machinery sector, we specialize in high-precision engineering solutions. Our production capacity includes:

• Large-scale CNC Marine Plate Bending Machines: 50 units/year

• CNC High-strength Sheet Metal Leveling Machines: 100 units/year

• Standard CNC Plate Rolling Solutions: 30 units/year

Our facility is strategically located at No. 2577 Yitianmen Avenue, Tai’an High-tech Zone, under the leadership of our legal representative, Mr. Liang Tao.

To ensure the durability and precision of our CNC machinery, we utilize premium raw materials including high-grade steel plates, forgings, and advanced CNC systems. Our audit will scrutinize the usage efficiency of all inputs, including:

• Raw Materials: Forgings, castings, and structural steel.

• Components: Precision reducers, motors, and hydraulic systems.

• Process Consumables: Water-based paints (Eco-friendly), natural gas, and cutting fluids.

3. Environmental Stewardship & Emission Control

We maintain transparency in our manufacturing processes. Currently, all environmental protection measures are fully operational and compliant with national standards:

A. Advanced Air Quality Management

• Shot Blasting Dust: Treated via high-efficiency Pulse Filter Cartridge Collectors.

• VOC Control: We have successfully transitioned to Low-VOC Water-based Paints to minimize organic emissions at the source.

• Low-Nitrogen Combustion: Our natural gas boilers utilize Low-NOx burners to ensure clean energy output.

B. Water and Noise Management

• Zero Industrial Wastewater: Our facility produces no industrial wastewater; domestic sewage is treated through the municipal network.

• Noise Mitigation: Through acoustic insulation and optimized equipment layout, our facility operates strictly within Category 3 industrial noise standards.

C. Responsible Waste Disposal

• Resource Recycling: Metal scraps and welding slag are recycled, turning waste back into valuable resources.

• Hazardous Waste Management: Waste oils and paint residues are strictly managed in standardized storage and disposed of by certified third-party specialists.
